Tiki-Taka-Toe
Tiki-Taka-Toe is a nine-square football grid. Each square combines two clues, and you must place a footballer who satisfies both at the same time. It rewards the players who can connect clubs, competitions, countries and careers quickly.
Read two clues together
A square might pair a club with a nation, two clubs with a teammate relationship, or a league with an award. The answer is valid only when the player has both connections in the underlying data.
The clues are generated from the selected football pool, so the same player is not the only path to a correct board. Career records and international teams can both matter when the square calls for them.
Sets, turns and scoring
In solo play, fill the grid before your attempts or timer expire. In online play, players take turns claiming squares and the match ends when the board rules identify a winner or a completed line.
Correct answers build your run score. Wrong guesses cost an attempt, so it is usually better to confirm the career link before committing a square.
A better way to learn
Use the game to explore football history: a player may connect a club from one season, a national team, a league title or an individual award from another part of the career.
